VOS Gets a New Look

“...a website that
doesn't sacrifice content
for functionality.”

We were so excited to redesign the website for VOS (Veterinary Ophthalmology Services). Not only are they compassionate and skilled at helping animals with their eyes, but they are also a dream client to work with. They wanted a clean, contemporary, professional look that also still felt warm and inviting. They have a lot of information on their site, so it was a challenge organizing all the content in a way that was easy for the user to navigate through. We were able to achieve this with well-thought-out design and content organization.

One of VOS’s primary concerns for their new website was ensuring that it would work as well on mobile devices as it does on desktops. By coding the site to be fully responsive, we were able to present a significant amount of content without it being overwhelming to the user, regardless of the device. We also utilized interactive accordion-style menus that present “on-demand” content to the user in an intuitive way. The end result is a website that doesn’t sacrifice content for functionality.

Acme Feed & Seed Opens in Nashville with a Bang

“...won a Gold award at
the 2015 Nashville Addys
Awards competition.”

Acme Feed & Seed is a new restaurant located on Lower Broad, in the base of honky tonk row. The 4 story building offers distinctly different experiences on each floor — 1st Floor: upscale honky-tonk bar and restaurant, 2nd Floor: cocktail lounge & sushi, 3rd floor: concert hall and 4th floor rooftop bar. We were super excited to collaborate with Buntin’s designer, Don Bailey, on creating a new website for this unique restaurant.

The Acme website had several goals, aside from just providing restaurant information such as menus and hours of operation. The site also needed to have an online store that could sell over 100 products, a system to book private events and a calendar to showcase multiple music events. By integrating the site with a custom content management system, we were able to accomplish these objectives, while still allowing for the flexibility to add additional content types in the future. We were excited to learn that the site won a Gold award at the 2015 Nashville Addys Awards competition.

RBC Golf Mini Site Launches

“We enjoyed collaborating
with The Buntin Group
on the RBC mini-site...”

The RBC Golf mini-site we built for The Buntin Group  is unique in that it required a consistent cross-browser experience while also featuring HTML5 techniques such as a responsive full-width slideshow and HTML5 video. We were able to achieve that goal through advanced scripting methods and our rigorous quality assurance testing. The site is a great example of a website that utilizes modern coding technologies while appearing simple and easy to use.

We thought The Buntin Group did a great job tying the RBC Heritage Golf event with the company’s philosophy on investment banking. We have worked with The Buntin Group for over 8 years (first in print and now in interactive). They always provide solid design with creative writing. We enjoyed collaborating with The Buntin Group on the RBC mini-site and look forward to future projects with them.

OEO Gets a New Logo & Website

“We collaborated with Robby
on the design to have a
modern, fresh approach...”

Oilfield Equipment Online is an outlet for the oil and gas industry to find and sell equipment online. From a development standpoint, it was a unique challenge organizing hundreds of categories and listings using a robust backend database system. The easy-to-use website we built displays content to the user without being overwhelming or complicated.

We enjoyed designing the website and logo for OEO. This is the second website for Robby McQuary that we have designed. He is a unique entrepreneur who is always thinking outside the box and OEO is no exception. We collaborated with Robby on the design to have a modern, fresh approach to an industry that is commonly known for it’s ‘good-ol-boy’ sensibility.
